About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide network assistance and support to internal clients
- Administer physical and virtualized servers and associated solutions
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases and web server (IIS)
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support across all domains
- Manage day-to-day system operation and administration
- Manage the IT estate (approximately 600 computers, 50 printers and 80 servers)
- Ensure the availability and performance of platforms
- Lead technical upgrade and migration projects
- Plan installations, configurations and hardware deployments
- Perform corrective, evolutionary and/or preventive maintenance
- Write or update technical procedures and documentation
Requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science (minimum Bac+2 / equivalent two-year post-secondary diploma)
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong expertise in Windows networking environments
- Administration of Microsoft SQL Server databases and web server (IIS)
- Virtualization: VMware
- Networking: Cisco switching, WatchGuard, ASA
- Management of Kubernetes servers/clusters
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Backup: Veeam Backup & Rubrik
- Strong knowledge of IP networks and multi-site routing
- Scripting experience (PowerShell)
