About the role

  • System Administrator providing uninterrupted technical support in the office for the administrative team. Manage system efficiency and support onboarding/offboarding processes using modern equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to the team
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Promptly resolve all IT requests within your scope
  • Responsible for the technical condition of office equipment and software
  • Manage inventory, coordinate equipment orders and deliveries, and maintain accurate records
  • Work on project tasks such as creating a FAQ for common technical questions
  • Resolve equipment tracking issues and compile a complete list of services used within the company
  • Work with office security systems, access control (ACS), and video surveillance cameras

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in system administration
  • Familiar with the modern market of computer components, laptops, and smartphones
  • Able to service hardware: disassemble and maintain PCs/laptops, install and configure software, and connect office equipment
  • Experience managing equipment inventory and proficient in working with documents and large spreadsheets (Word/Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of information security and networking
  • Experience supporting a large number of specialists
  • Strong communication skills, attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team
  • Able to work effectively under dynamic workloads and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Eager to learn and grow in this field
  • English — Intermediate or higher
  • Reside in Kyiv and able to attend the office for the first two weeks, after which hybrid work is possible
