About the role

  • Lead the Easy Banking Remote Advice Team at ING to impact business banking operations. Focus on training, sales objectives, and team development for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Passionately lead the remote advisors of the Easy Banking Team.
  • Realize ambitious commercial objectives of the team.
  • Plan and execute efforts for further development of the Easy Banking team.
  • Responsible for training and development of advisors in the team.
  • Contribute independently to commercial objectives of the remote advice team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree & equivalent experience
  • Command of the Dutch language at a fluent level
  • 5+ years of experience in sales with demonstrable experience in Business Banking and business lending
  • Experience in leading, managing and developing professionals
  • Background in Business Banking with understanding of digital and human services models
  • Experience in managing a sales team and ability to enthuse and inspire colleagues.
