Sales Operations Manager responsible for analyzing sales performance and building systems to drive success at Infraspeak. Utilizing HubSpot and data-driven insights to enhance sales operations.
Responsibilities
Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement automation or process changes to improve velocity.
Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations of the sales department.
Produce the Monthly Sales Digest and other critical dashboards.
Analyze efficiency, flag underperforming teams/reps, and suggest data-backed solutions to leadership.
Maintain and optimize our sales stack to ensure compliance with company policies and pricing rules before they reach the customer.
Manage sales compensation operational side, ensuring commissions are calculated based on CRM data accurately.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 2-3 years minimum experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
HubSpot Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot.
"Gatekeeper" Mindset: Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub preferred) or managing quote approvals.
Strong analytical skills: Comfortable manipulating large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivots).
Problem Solver: Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tool Familiarity: Experience with prospecting tools (Cognism, Lusha) and Intent data (6sense) is a strong plus.
