Senior People Consultant providing hands-on HR support in a global technology organization. Focused on people relations and compliance within EMEA, particularly Poland.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert to employees and managers on sensitive people matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and company values
Support managers in applying people tools, policies, and procedures to enhance employee engagement, performance, and compliance
Provide hands-on support with country-specific compliance requirements in Poland, Czechia, and Latvia
Analyse trends and people data to develop proactive, business-focused solutions
Partner closely with People & Purpose and HR Operations teams on policies, processes, and employee requests
Contribute to and lead ad-hoc HR projects, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
Act as an onsite HR liaison when required to manage urgent or complex issues
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
Proven hands-on Employee Relations experience within Poland
Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience
Confident influencer, able to manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a global, multicultural environment
Sound judgment and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Exposure to other EMEA labor laws is highly desirable
Fluency in Polish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
