About the role

  • Senior People Consultant providing hands-on HR support in a global technology organization. Focused on people relations and compliance within EMEA, particularly Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert to employees and managers on sensitive people matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and company values
  • Support managers in applying people tools, policies, and procedures to enhance employee engagement, performance, and compliance
  • Provide hands-on support with country-specific compliance requirements in Poland, Czechia, and Latvia
  • Analyse trends and people data to develop proactive, business-focused solutions
  • Partner closely with People & Purpose and HR Operations teams on policies, processes, and employee requests
  • Contribute to and lead ad-hoc HR projects, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Act as an onsite HR liaison when required to manage urgent or complex issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
  • Proven hands-on Employee Relations experience within Poland
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience
  • Confident influencer, able to manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a global, multicultural environment
  • Sound judgment and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Exposure to other EMEA labor laws is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Polish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
