Responsibilities
You work closely with company management and your two business units to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
You advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters — as an equal partner, with a confidential and solution-oriented approach.
You actively design and accompany organizational transformations and play a key role in implementing change processes — with a clear focus on pragmatic solutions.
Through targeted measures to promote employee engagement, you shape our work culture sustainably and strengthen employee retention.
In close cooperation with your HR interfaces (Recruiting, Operations & Payroll, Learning & Development), you ensure efficient, service-oriented processes.
You actively help shape the further development of our HRBP role and contribute as we refine our role concept in the course of our organizational and AI-driven transformation.
Requirements
A degree in economics, (business) psychology, business administration, or a related field.
Several years of experience in a similar role, focusing on HR business partnering, organizational development and change management.
Solid experience working in agile environments, modern organizational structures and complex transformation processes.
Ideally experience from dynamic industries such as IT/tech or other innovation-driven fields — including a basic affinity for AI.
A hands-on mentality, personal responsibility and confident handling of ambiguity.
Confident presence, the courage to tackle things, and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
Entrepreneurial thinking, empathy and a strong sense for the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
Experience in comparable roles, e.g., People & Culture Manager, Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner.
