Mid-Market Account Executive involved in driving sales for Infobip’s SMB services. Collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining client relationships to ensure business growth.
Responsibilities
Focuses on lead qualification and closure for successful sale to Tier 2
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales
Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Maintains client relationships by collaborating with MM AMs to sell and maintain account health
As required cross sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years proven experience in B2B sales (mid-market or enterprise), consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Fluent in English
Bonus: Previous experience selling CPaaS, contact center or marketing automation solutions.
Strong presentation and demo skills — able to articulate technical solutions and ROI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven, consultative selling skills and familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT)
Excellent pipeline management and forecasting skills using CRM
Proven track record of negotiating commercial agreements, closing complex deals, and managing the full sales cycle (from prospecting to contract signature).
