Responsibilities
Support the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team in implementing the future strategy
Independently advise and manage clients and prospects
Grow business / business development for existing clients or clients with international mandates
Obtain local service agreements and broker mandates
Set up policies together with our contract administration team
Work closely with adjacent departments within Mercer Marsh Benefits, as well as Mercer and Marsh client managers
Exchange knowledge with our subject-matter experts
Jointly develop retirement and benefit solutions with our clients
Further develop our mid-market & incoming strategy and related materials in coordination with the local MMB leadership
Requirements
Solid knowledge of insurance-based benefits in Germany
Independent and structured way of working
Enjoy developing and selling solutions for clients and colleagues
Strong entrepreneurial/commercial mindset
Team player with initiative and a customer-oriented approach
Energy and willingness to engage with new sales and health topics
Degree in insurance, finance, public/international health or a related field preferred
Business-fluent German and English
