About the role

  • Account Executive managing new business opportunities and selling Infobip’s offerings in Latin America while maintaining strong client relationships. Manage CRM and collaborate with internal teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective new key clients
  • Sell Infobip’s product/service offering to High-touch clients in the designated area
  • Maintain the CRM system with the information on the progress with each prospect or client
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders internally to ensure acquisition of new business and logos
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to your clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
