About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity generation to account follow-up and partnership success.
  • Work with clients to recommend the right products/services and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
  • Proactively propose and adopt innovative approaches for prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
  • Experience managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
  • Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
  • Proactive: able to take on significant responsibility and drive results.
  • Independent and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related sales tools.
