Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity generation to account follow-up and partnership success.
Work with clients to recommend the right products/services and build long-term relationships.
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
Proactively propose and adopt innovative approaches for prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
Experience managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
Proactive: able to take on significant responsibility and drive results.
Independent and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related sales tools.
