Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from generating business opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
Collaborate with clients by proposing the right products/services to build long-term relationships.
Lead outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
Proactively propose and adopt innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
Experienced in managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and move initiatives forward.
Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related sales tools.
