About the role

  • Account Executive driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities in B2B sales. Collaborating with clients and signing new clients while working in a hybrid environment in Tours, France.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from generating business opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
  • Collaborate with clients by proposing the right products/services to build long-term relationships.
  • Lead outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
  • Proactively propose and adopt innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
  • Experienced in managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
  • Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
  • Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and move initiatives forward.
  • Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related sales tools.
