About the role

  • Lead generation & new customer acquisition: You approach potential customers, qualify leads and develop target accounts.
  • Solution selling: Consult on digital customer service solutions across voice, web, app, chatbot and AI.
  • Opportunity management: Analyze customer requirements and identify areas for optimization.
  • Proposal & quote management: Prepare tailored proposals that consider technical feasibility, financial parameters and customer requirements.
  • Sales cycle ownership: Manage the entire sales process — from strategy and negotiation through to contract signing.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Team collaboration: Communicate with colleagues, share best practices and work together to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in solution selling of complex IT or software solutions.
  • Passion for prospecting, customer retention and deal closing.
  • Proactive, independent and results-oriented.
  • Business-fluent in German & English.
  • Technical understanding and process-oriented thinking.
  • Enjoy working in a team, coaching others and achieving goals together.
