Sr. Manager of Partner Sales leading a regionally focused team to drive revenue growth for SaaS solutions. Responsible for partner relationships, coaching, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Accountable to achieve growth and exceed indirect sales targets while driving pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Executes and communicates partner sales strategy and setting the operational direction for assigned region.
Develop and promote excellent, long-lasting partner relationships by working with Sales leadership and Account Executives to understand the needs of our partners and their customers.
Develop and guide team talent while achieving overall team quota to encourage revenue for Genesys.
Improving talent within channel team by providing team member coaching, training, and feedback.
Work with organizations to create and implement creative go-to-market strategies.
Create new routes to market, what will bring partnering to new heights with impact.
Orchestrate key resources, collaborate with peers on best practices and creative ways to help team and partner to succeed.
Further develop and grow the most strategic accounts in the region in line with allocated team quota.
Support the expansion of the Genesys footprint within the partner ecosystem through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Coordinate development of sales and marketing materials desired for channel partners to be successful.
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
Joins team in partner planning and review sessions, to develop mutual performance objectives and go-to-market plan within each partnership.
Enable the Partner Managers to assist the partner in maximizing the return of their investment with Genesys.
Assist in creating an environment of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement with a strong demonstrable focus on growth mindset.
Requirements
10-12 years’ experience in SaaS industry with technology partners, sales, business development, or consulting in a global setting.
Demonstrated history of exceeding partner sales quotas and establishing and managing partner relationships with deep knowledge of partner engagement models.
Skilled in coaching and development, active listening, motivating others, influencing for change.
Ability to work with complexity, while navigating and leading change in alignment with overall sales strategy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to develop multiple team members.
Ability to multi-task and develop multiple streams of work simultaneously.
Experience in the Enterprise software or Customer Relationship Management industry, selling Software as a Service.
Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Willing to travel as required.
