About the role

  • Inside Sales Engineer supporting mtu generators and power generation solutions at Curtis Power Solutions. Responsibilities include sales transactions, project tracking, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and facilitate sales transactions of mtu generators and related power generation products/solutions
  • Track and influence projects from design phase to implementation
  • Learn and understand advanced concepts of building electrical distribution systems
  • Learn and understand how to apply power generation equipment and related technical scope of work
  • Prepare sales activity reports to assist in capturing data analytics and market trends
  • Communicate with contractors, engineers, and end-user accounts
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams and perform electrical formula calculations
  • Assemble quotations and technical submittals based by interpreting and reading electrical single line diagrams and equipment specifications

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree or comparable work experience; BSEE/BSME preferred
  • High level of productivity output
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to construction sites and customer office/facility locations
  • This position requires occasional driving
