About the role

  • Senior Sales Engineer architecting scalable IT solutions for enterprise customers. Lead migrations and ensure compliance with technical standards in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as the technical authority for strategic accounts, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring compliance.
  • Lead migrations, virtualization projects, and cloud adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Development Executives and Customer Experience Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to keep solutions future-ready.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales roles within IT solutions or enterprise technology.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like CMMC, NIST 800-53.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to develop technical proposals, estimates, and project plans.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
