Handling technical customer inquiries and complaints management in coordination with QA and Product Management
Lead generation and collaboration with sister companies
Strategic development of the service portfolio in the area of Automation (PLC & Drives)
Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a degree in Automation, Electrical, or Information Engineering
Very good knowledge of industrial control systems and experience in designing automation solutions
Experience in technical sales of complex systems and solutions is an advantage
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
