About the role

  • Join IMMOJECTS as a key organizational player in customer support and office management. Engage in structured communication, coordination, and positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • You are the organizational hub in day-to-day operations: customer support (tenants & property owners).
  • You are one of the first points of contact for our customers — by email, phone or via our system.
  • You ensure requests are recorded, sorted and forwarded to the right place.
  • Phone calls — AI-assisted, not constant high-volume calling.
  • You handle primarily those conversations where a human is truly needed.
  • Office & back-office organization: You keep our office running smoothly.
  • Invoice processing & verification: You review incoming invoices, check them for formal correctness and prepare them for accounting and approval.
  • Scheduling appointments & meetings: Coordinate internal meetings and support events and team activities.

Requirements

  • You are an organizational talent and like things to have their place and processes to run smoothly.
  • You willingly take responsibility, work reliably and appreciate clear responsibilities.
  • You enjoy customer contact and remain friendly and calm — even when multiple things happen at the same time.
  • You think proactively, ask questions when something is unclear, and tackle tasks pragmatically — not theoretically.
  • You are tech-savvy and confident with MS Office; new tools (e.g. digital telephony, customer portal, AI assistants) do not deter you but interest you.
  • Experience in property management is a plus but not required.
