About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing excellent service and support for banking clients. Handling inquiries and maintaining relationships in Prosperity Bank’s Customer Service Center.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to financial services including account opening and maintenance.
  • Assist customers with a variety of banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Keep management informed of problems and maintain a professional working relationship with all associates.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree/Two years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Preferred knowledge of the Bank products, services, and policies/procedures.
  • 1 year Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed or required.
