Responsibilities
Apoiar o processo de implementação de novos clientes, realizando reuniões e garantindo organização e clareza nas etapas.
Atuar como suporte no contato inicial com clientes, auxiliando na comunicação e alinhamento de informações.
Acompanhar demandas relacionadas ao onboarding, integração e transição de clientes para outras áreas.
Auxiliar no gerenciamento de fluxos administrativos internos referentes aos clientes da base.
Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, apoiando a equipe na execução de boas práticas.
Requirements
Organização e atenção a detalhes para lidar com tarefas simultâneas.
Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, com postura empática no relacionamento com clientes.
Proatividade para apoiar demandas e buscar soluções em conjunto com a equipe.
Capacidade de colaboração e trabalho em equipe.
Disposição para aprender e se desenvolver na área de Customer Experience.
Graduação em andamento em Administração, Comunicação Social (Relações Públicas, Marketing, Publicidade e Propagando) e áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, suporte, customer service ou funções administrativas (desejável).
Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de gestão de clientes (CRM) e Excel.
Boa escrita e comunicação interpessoal.
