About the role

  • Customer Service Summer Student responsible for managing relationships with Nestlé Ice Cream customers. Collaborating cross functionally to support account management and customer service objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers who have a Nestlé Ice Cream account
  • Support the process of bringing new accounts on board
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments
  • Manage business relations and build trusting relationships with Nestlé’s customers
  • Present to Leadership at end of term to showcase intern experience

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in French & English (written and verbal)
  • Enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year program, preferably in a business-related discipline
  • Pro-active thinker & problem solver
  • Superior telephone manner with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in Power BI is considered an asset
