Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or healthcare-related roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using scheduling systems, CRM tools, or similar platforms is an advantage.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
