About the role

  • Customer Service Associate handling inbound patient calls for scheduling appointments at a leading vision care provider. Delivering excellent customer service and supporting clinic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from patients and assist them with scheduling clinic appointments.
  • Provide patients with information on available services, treatments, and clinic policies.
  • Verify and update patient details in the scheduling system.
  • Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up appointment requests.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to align appointment slots with patient needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
  • Track daily appointment targets and contribute to overall clinic goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or healthcare-related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling systems, CRM tools, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
