  • Optimize candidate pipelines and recruiter productivity; reduce time-to-hire to within a 30-day SLA.
  • Manage ATS integrations (Workable/BambooHR), job board syncing, and candidate tracking accuracy.
  • Rationalize sourcing spend (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and report on ROI by source.
  • Implement structured screening and video assessments for quality control before technical panels.
  • Drive employer branding through updated career page, referral campaigns, and LinkedIn Life content.
  • Plan and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and quarterly culture themes.
  • Launch pulse surveys and track engagement vs. retention and performance KPIs.

  • Own compliance and audits across all entities (Canada, U.S., India).

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of HR experience managing multi-region operations (Canada, U.S., India preferred).

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms.

  • Experience leading remote, hybrid, and cross-cultural teams.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification such as CHRP/CHRL, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred.
