Responsibilities

  • Support customer order processing and invoicing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in order entry preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills in customer-facing situations
  • Fluent in German and business-level English
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Telephone skills to build rapport
