Responsibilities
Monitor the client environment, checking systems and machines to ensure full operation
Analyze and perform preventive maintenance in client environments
Receive and analyze incident and problem tickets reported by the client
Receive and fulfill service requests
Provide workarounds to minimize customer impact during failures
Develop permanent solutions to problems
Execute, oversee, and monitor change/maintenance windows
Manage performance and capacity
Manage backups and recovery plans
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule outside business hours
Perform on-site visits in the São Paulo Metropolitan Area
Requirements
Experience with infrastructure deployment or support
Experience with virtualization solutions
Experience with storage solutions
Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Experience with Linux environments
Experience administering physical and virtual machines
Intermediate networking knowledge
Knowledge of backup solutions and recovery planning
Knowledge of Windows environments
