Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for EmpowerMX users across our service centers
Troubleshoot issues, document tickets, and provide Tier 1 support
Train users on system processes, new features, and best practices
Audit and maintain master data for accuracy and compliance
Create simple tools and queries to help users extract and interpret data
Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and upgrades
Identify data discrepancies, suggest process improvements, and help optimize workflows
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Aviation Management, Business, or related field
Previous experience in SaaS or ERP support helpful
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data extraction
Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
Commitment to data accuracy & attention to detail
Knowledge of aviation maintenance or MRO processes
