About the role

  • Technical Support Analyst providing specialized assistance to users in complex CCTV systems. Involved in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and client training.

Responsibilities

  • Specialized customer/user support: resolve complex issues in CCTV systems (remotely or via helpdesk).
  • Advanced fault diagnosis: analyze logs, configurations, network, firmware/software compatibility and integrations.
  • 2nd- and 3rd-level support: take ownership of tickets that field technicians could not resolve.
  • Train operators, technicians and end users on correct system usage.
  • Ticket management: use Service Desk systems to organize SLAs, track recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.
  • Manufacturer/vendor relations: engage support from brands (Intelbras, Hikvision, Dahua, etc.) when necessary and apply firmware updates.
  • System performance analysis: monitor availability, bandwidth usage, storage, image quality and recording integrity.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT
  • Technical courses in computer networking or equivalent knowledge
  • Proficiency in CCTV and alarm systems
  • Knowledge of computer networks
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and structured cabling
  • Proficiency with TCP/IP, WAN, LAN
  • Router configuration
  • Ability to handle emergencies quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure
