About the role

  • HR Analyst supporting talent development and training initiatives for Humgroup. Managing onboarding, individual development plans, and internal training programs in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Monitor and ensure progress of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with leadership and teams, supporting plan definition, documentation and follow-up (e.g., via Qulture).
  • Oversee the experience evaluation process (45- and 90-day reviews) with leaders, ensuring structured feedback and alignment with the employee.
  • Plan, design and deliver internal training (e.g., feedback, communication, leadership, onboarding tracks).
  • Create materials, content and development tracks based on the needs of each department.
  • Support culture, engagement and organizational development initiatives (e.g., kickoff activities, area-specific meetings and immersions, celebration calendar).
  • Provide support for internal recruitment and selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields).
  • Previous experience managing and monitoring IDPs, supporting leaders and conducting internal trainings.
  • Ability to lead trainings and group activities, with strong facilitation skills and presence.
  • Experience with performance management tools (e.g., Qulture, Feedz, Mindsight).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with recruitment processes.
