About the role

  • Lead operational excellence as a Business Intelligence Supervisor at Glassroom. Collaborate across Montreal and Toronto, ensuring process accuracy and client trust.

Responsibilities

  • Management & Optimization of Financial Integrity and the “Each Dollar Counts” standard:
  • Transparent Billing: Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle with a zero-error mindset.
  • Accurate Reconciliation (Prisma): Lead the monthly digital reconciliation process.
  • You will actively supervise teams managing discrepancies between Prisma and ad servers (e.g., CM360).
  • WIP and Revenue Management: Manage Work in Progress (TAF) and revenue recognition to ensure our internal financial health reflects the success we deliver to clients.
  • Operational Excellence and Technology Stack
  • Systems Mastery: Serve as the agency Subject Matter Expert for Mediaocean (Spectra/Aura) and Prisma.
  • You will ensure these systems are configured to track actuals accurately, enabling real-time investment tracking.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously audit our Estimate-to-Pay workflows.
  • You will remove inefficiencies and administrative burden so teams spend less time on manual entry and more time on client strategy.
  • We expect you to make proactive recommendations for operational excellence and new tools.
  • Vendor Management: Manage the operational side of our partnerships, ensuring costs are passed through and audited accurately.
  • Commercial Health & Client Compliance
  • Client Management: Collaborate with Account Leads to review client C/Ps and reporting.
  • You will flag when we over- or under-utilize resources to ensure a sustainable business model.
  • Audit Readiness: Maintain records and processes in an audit-ready state at all times, ensuring that if a client asks to see where their money went, we can show it to them down to the penny, instantly.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism: Professional proficiency in French and English (written and verbal), able to navigate complex financial discussions across the Montreal and Toronto markets.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in operational excellence.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the creative industry, technology, or accounting/finance is required.
  • Proven track record of improving margins and workflow efficiency.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and comfort working with large datasets.
