Responsibilities
Process branch and department requests, support all consumer lending departments on non-production items
Review and analyze assigned reports to identify loan errors
Communicate with members, dealers and others regarding loan documentation
Respond to inquiries regarding post loan closing and financial transactions
Perform maintenance functions in various systems
Notify dealers of short payoffs and outstanding reserves
Complete CRM requests
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Two years Consumer Lending, Title or Office Administration experience which includes direct customer contact
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities required
Proficient in use of computer, Word and Excel
