About the role

  • Processing consumer lending requests and supporting lending departments. Responsible for maintaining loan documentation, resolving errors, and providing excellent member service at Global Credit Union.

Responsibilities

  • Process branch and department requests, support all consumer lending departments on non-production items
  • Review and analyze assigned reports to identify loan errors
  • Communicate with members, dealers and others regarding loan documentation
  • Respond to inquiries regarding post loan closing and financial transactions
  • Perform maintenance functions in various systems
  • Notify dealers of short payoffs and outstanding reserves
  • Complete CRM requests

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Two years Consumer Lending, Title or Office Administration experience which includes direct customer contact
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities required
  • Proficient in use of computer, Word and Excel
