Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative support for credentialing network processes and supporting the department with other activities as needed.
Perform operational tasks related to updating documents and registration information of credentialed providers, completing contracts, and configuring parameters in the system.
Register, monitor, and maintain partner records in the system through contract and documentation updates.
Support financial/billing control for credentialed clinics, laboratories, and hospitals.
Respond to system tickets and requests according to SLA deadlines.
Provide internal and external customer service via email and phone.
Perform similar and/or related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (healthcare, administrative, or related fields) is a plus.
Experience in administrative tasks is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
