Responsibilities
Customer support across multiple channels;
Opportunity Management: analyze the pipeline and prioritize leads in the CRM.
Meetings and Calls: phone/video calls with inbound and outbound leads.
Commercial Proposals: create and send customized proposals.
Negotiation and Closing: handle objections and secure conversions.
Follow-up: track clients in negotiation to accelerate closings.
Performance Analysis: monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
Recording sales activities (follow-up, entering information in the CRM, customer interactions, etc.).
Requirements
High school diploma required; college degree in a related field is a plus (in progress or completed).
Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads.
Experience using Sales CRMs (HubSpot is a plus);
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication, persistence, and empathy.
Results- and delivery-oriented profile;
Organized with strong pipeline management skills;
Strong advantage if you have worked in the commercial area of technology, logistics, insurance, or risk management companies;
Experience in consultative selling.
