Talent Acquisition Coordinator assisting with recruitment processes for HUB in the Pacific Region. Managing administrative tasks and compliance during hiring and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Support the HUB Pacific Region Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle
Provide scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team
Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Assist with coordination of interviews, reporting/tracking, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Manage the internal HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom)
Monitor background checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain weekly reporting of recruiting activity and performance for the Super Region
Collaborate with the recruiting team and interact with candidates and hiring managers to provide a seamless experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team is preferred
Must be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible
Customer-focused with exceptional organizational skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
LinkedIn, Workday, Indeed Resume, and Handshake experience are a plus but not required
Ability to travel occasionally as needed for training, team meetings, etc. (less than 10%)
