About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing clerical support in HUB International's Transportation Lines department. Engaging with Sales Executives and Account Managers for client service processing and proposal preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin and clerical support to Transportation Lines department members
  • Work directly with Sales Executives and Account Managers
  • Assist with processing client requests for service, endorsements, cancellations, and binders
  • Assist with quotes for new and renewal business
  • Prepare proposals for presentations
  • Other duties assigned by your manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (some college preferred)
  • At least 2 years of office/administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Obtain a Property & Casualty license if not already possessed (HUB will pay for you to acquire it).
