About the role

  • Account Manager managing personal insurance policies at HUB International. Ensuring clients receive service, marketing to carriers, and handling policy inquiries for effective account management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal line accounts
  • Marketing to carriers and preparing quotes and proposals
  • Quickly response to policy inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
  • Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Previous experience with personal farm/ranch insurance would be a bonus!
