Junior Project Manager for customer service in the energy sector assisting a large team. Overseeing project planning and execution while collaborating with various stakeholders in Chemnitz.
Responsibilities
Project responsibility: You take on the technical and organizational leadership of customer service projects
Communication & collaboration: You act as the central interface to our clients, work closely with the department management and actively contribute ideas to further develop the customer service
Proposal & project preparation: You prepare costings for proposals, define project objectives with the client and ensure the necessary infrastructure is available (e.g., IT systems, access rights, user IDs)
Resource & time planning: You coordinate staff deployment with team leaders, monitor schedules and document tasks clearly
Project handover: After successful planning, you hand the project over to the team leaders for operational implementation
Quality assurance: You develop a KPI system, monitor service levels and initiate targeted optimization measures when necessary
Requirements
You bring solid know‑how in customer service and understand what is important in day‑to‑day customer communication
You have initial experience in project management, metrics‑based project control, or quality assurance and apply this knowledge confidently and efficiently in your daily work
You have completed a commercial vocational qualification as a basis (e.g., industrial clerk, dialog marketing clerk, or office management clerk) and have a sound understanding of business fundamentals
You enjoy working with numbers and are ideally familiar with common customer service KPIs such as AHT, SL or FCR and know how to manage them effectively
You are proficient and experienced with MS Office, especially Excel
You act in a solution‑oriented way, stay calm in challenging situations and convince as a flexible, communicative team player with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
