About the role

  • Business Development Manager for ARM-based Commercial Solutions at HP. Leading strategic planning and market execution across SEMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Ensure product readiness and drive performance through targeted execution and sales enablement.
  • Build and align the 4P plan across commercial channels within the country, ensuring coverage and consistency.
  • Define performance targets by route-to-market and for strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities.
  • Monitor category performance against targets and KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Commercial IT and the PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and commercial segments such as SMB.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, creative) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive business results.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful campaign implementation.
  • Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the market, considering product positioning, target audience, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
