  • Business Development Representative driving sales growth at B2B SaaS company providing pay equity tools. Engaging HR decision-makers and qualifying leads through outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with decision-makers across HR and business functions
  • Qualify inbound leads and create new opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to build pipeline and open doors for our sales team
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive measurable impact

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome)
  • Great communication skills and confidence engaging senior leaders
  • A self-starter mindset — resilient, organized, and motivated by results
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a big plus
  • Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS or tech sales
