About the role

  • Senior Account Manager managing complex marketing projects for global automotive industry. Responsible for project delivery, budget management, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership and operational management of complex projects for our international automotive client, with a focus on meeting time and budget targets
  • Responsibility for developing, updating and maintaining comprehensive project plans and status reports
  • Monitoring and optimizing internal and external processes in close coordination with the Delivery Lead
  • Ensuring compliance with and strategic adjustment of production and media schedules
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and proactively managing budget development
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards and timely delivery of marketing materials across all channels
  • Leading and managing process and production workflows to improve efficiency
  • Close collaboration and leadership in coordinating with the entire team, including the Delivery Lead, the Client Lead, various internal departments and external partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Communications or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in a senior account management position at a communications/advertising agency, with a focus on 360° approaches and asset production
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and extensive experience using project management tools
  • Ability to analyze complex production and media schedules and interpret them strategically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong team orientation
  • Proactive, committed working style, high flexibility and strong organizational skills
  • Strong quality awareness and a structured, strategic approach to work
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
