About the role

  • Customer Advisor for handling inbound calls in a top call center in Bulgaria. Providing customer support with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle customer inquiries on the hotline
  • Troubleshoot Internet and fixed-line issues
  • Maintain and update customer data
  • Support and advise existing customers

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills (C1–C2)
  • Enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis
  • Ability to listen actively to customers
  • Empathy, friendliness and respect
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic PC skills (we will train you on the rest)
