  • Human Resources Admin at Thomasville location providing HR support and managing employee records. Assisting in compliance and safety programs while responding to HR-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service to all employees at the Thomasville location
  • Compile and maintain Human Resources records and documentation related to compensation and benefits
  • Provide information and answers to HR-related questions
  • Assist Human Resources Manager with HR-related duties as requested
  • Support safety functions as required
  • Assure compliance with HACCP, GMP's Work Instructions, and SQF
  • Record hourly employee information such as personnel data, compensation, and benefits
  • Process hourly employee benefit changes related to health, dental, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Perform duties related to hourly hiring and orientation
  • Counsel with supervisors and employees regarding benefits, payroll issues, and short-term disability
  • Assist in employee recreational activities, events, and celebrations
  • Maintain documentation regarding employee information and safety programs
  • Coordinate employee safety glasses and safety shoe programs
  • Perform HR audits, including payroll-related audits
  • File all employee-related documentation, personnel, medical, and training
  • Handle FMLA tracking, recordkeeping, and notifications
  • Maintain accurate logs and records relating to hourly employees' attendance, vacation, and discipline
