Responsibilities
Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruiting, on-boarding, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Facilitate expansion into new states by recruiting for new business and existing out of state positions
Ensure compliance with state labor laws
Utilize creative sourcing methods including internal and external databases, and networking with industry organizations and universities
Prepare and maintain job requisitions and position descriptions
Oversee candidate pools in Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)
Conduct pre-employment activities, including sending offers and initiating background checks
Administer on-boarding and separation process, conducting new hire orientations as well as employee separation activities
Prepare required documentation for employee changes including terminations and promotions
Work with HR leadership to compile HR data and metrics from HRIS
Maintain knowledge and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by ASRT, Inc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
A minimum of three years of job-related experience preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard all documents and files containing individual personnel information and company proprietary information
