Responsibilities
Lead full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on developing early-career and school-based talent pipelines.
Build and maintain relationships with academic programs, faculty, and career services to support student and new-grad recruitment.
Manage job postings across traditional job boards and campus platforms, ensuring accurate and effective role visibility.

Ensure all recruiting processes align with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as internal policy requirements.

Requirements
1-3 years job specific experience preferred.
1 year healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Human Resources certification preferred.
Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet-based recruiting resources (Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn)
