About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager leading Account Executive teams in Houston, driving revenue results and coaching with AI tools for a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and uplevel one of our Account Executive teams in Houston, helping drive immediate revenue results while transforming how we coach, operate, and win at scale.
  • Be a core leader in the Houston hub, shaping how sales operates day to day and influencing how we scale the org.
  • Use coaching as a growth lever, connecting inputs to outputs and holding a high bar for execution.
  • Identify performance patterns across reps and cohorts, codifying what works into repeatable playbooks the team actually uses.
  • Stay close to the work by coaching live: listening to calls, breaking down deals, and intervening in real time when it matters.
  • Accountable for your team’s number—pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to uplevel the team—testing new coaching approaches, refining KPIs, and launching performance-enhancing initiatives.
  • Design and evolve how sales runs in Houston—from KPIs and rituals to coaching cadences and performance standards.
  • Leverage AI as a force multiplier for the team—improving rep productivity, deal quality, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing high-volume inside sales teams, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to coach through data—using metrics and KPIs to diagnose performance issues and drive improvement.
  • Experience operating in high-velocity environments where speed, focus, and prioritization matter.
  • Strong systems and analytical thinker: uses KPIs and performance data to diagnose gaps, design targeted initiatives, and continuously improve how the team operates and wins.
  • High EQ, strong presence, and an energetic, people-first leadership style.
  • Demonstrated ability to retool workflows with AI and enable adoption across a team.
  • Experience selling to SMBs; affinity for local businesses is a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire trust across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
