About the role

  • Account Executive driving the adoption of workforce management tools for small businesses. Engaging directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help small businesses adopt and expand their use of Homebase’s suite of workforce management tools
  • Work directly with owners and operators to understand their day-to-day challenges
  • Guide clients toward solutions that save time, reduce friction, and help their teams run better
  • Manage a high-velocity sales motion including discovery, product education, and closing

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in SMB SaaS or high-throughput SDR/BDR or AE environments
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume sales motions with short deal cycles
  • Ability to clearly communicate value to non-technical customers, especially small business owners
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and apply feedback quickly
  • A consultative mindset—ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help customers make confident decisions
  • Metrics-driven approach—track activity, understand your funnel, and use data to improve performance
  • Coachability and collaboration—open to feedback and enjoy sharing what works with teammates
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with consistent in-office presence Monday – Thursday
