About the role

  • Senior Customer Service Executive providing customer service across various platforms for HKT. Engage with customers through telephone, emails, and live chat maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails
  • No sales is required
  • Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 years’ work experience in customer service sector
  • Work experience in banking or financial institutions field will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • English and Chinese word processing
