About the role
- Real estate analyst managing contracts and landlord relationships while updating SAP RE system. Collaborating with legal teams and ensuring compliance in property management at RD Saúde.
Responsibilities
- Respond to landlords and store contacts via ServiceNow, the Landlord Portal and the Real Estate Management team email, addressing matters related to property management, payments, contracts, and other issues.
- Draft notifications and standard-form templates, ensuring clarity and accuracy of communications.
- Renegotiate contracts and handle requests for site/branch changes, acting as intermediary with Legal and managing the entire process schedule — from draft request to system implementation — ensuring legal security and compliance.
- Participate in meetings with property owners and mediate matters related to property regularization and maintenance, maintaining cordial and professional relationships.
- Update real estate records in the SAP RE system, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
- Validate rent provisions and manage the financial aspects of subleases, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
- Monitor owner registrations and act as PMO for processes within the Real Estate Management area, primarily regarding leases/arrangements and accounting processes that interface with other departments.
- Deliver monthly presentations to the team covering topics related to service operations.
- Register new contracts in SAP RE, ensuring information accuracy according to the contract and possession addendum.
- Ability to work with high volumes and multitask, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLA deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP RE, real estate management and contracts
- Microsoft Office - intermediate level; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools
- Experience with lease contracts and SAP RE
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields
