About the role
- Lead demand and supply planning activities and drive the monthly S&OP cycle. Use advanced analytics (Excel, Power BI, Alteryx) to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and support purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in demand planning, supply planning and S&OP, with a focus on inventory optimization, forecast accuracy and cross-functional integration.
- Direct involvement in the monthly S&OP cycle, leading statistical forecasting efforts, validation with commercial teams, monitoring accuracy indicators (FVA, WMAPE, BIAS) and conducting coverage and replenishment studies by channel (physical retail and e-commerce).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Alteryx, applied to automations, predictive analyses, portfolio segmentation and executive reporting.
- Accurate forecasting in critical categories (e.g., perfumery/fragrances).
- Responsible for management reports and supporting the executive team in purchasing decisions.
- Planning of seasonal and promotional campaigns based on historical data and projections.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects and process digitalization.
