Responsibilities
Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur du Développement RH
Déploiement opérationnel des campagnes de communication (réseaux sociaux, supports ad-hoc)
Organisation et participation aux forums écoles et événements de recrutement
Optimisation du parcours d'intégration (du pré-boarding au suivi d'intégration)
Animation de la communauté des alternants et stagiaires (200 personnes)
Support de premier niveau pour les recruteurs et managers sur notre SIRH
Analyse de données RH pour piloter nos indicateurs de performance (KPI recrutement et diversité)
Contribution aux initiatives DE&I (Diversité, Équité et Inclusion)
Mobilité interne, people reviews, optimisation du reporting
Requirements
Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 avec une spécialisation RH (École de Commerce ou Université)
Une première immersion en RH (stage ou alternance) est indispensable
Aisance digitale
Maîtrise d'un SIRH (si tu connais SuccessFactors, c'est un avantage majeur)
Utilisation créative d'outils de design (Canva) pour nos enjeux de marque employeur
Curiosité active pour l'intégration de l'IA dans les processus RH
