About the role

  • HR Operation Executive supporting people strategy across Southeast Asia with a focus on talent and culture. Manage HR operations, employee relations and drive meaningful initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of the employee’s journey from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding within The Hoffman Agency
  • Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Champion programs that foster inclusion, celebrate diversity, and build strong connections across teams
  • Organizing events, recognition activities, and engagement campaigns that boost morale
  • Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships
  • Manage a smooth experience for both on-site and hybrid teams
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate-to-employee experience
  • Keep HR systems sharp by ensuring employee data is accurate, secure, and up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Support any other adhoc HR administration and initiatives as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, or talent management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging digital tools and HR technologies to enhance people practices
  • A curious, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and contributing to organizational growth.
