Responsibilities
Advise and, where necessary, take on (partial) project leadership for client projects aimed at establishing or improving service management for specific IT services
Identify our clients' organizational challenges and jointly develop tailored solutions to adapt existing service management processes
Conduct roll-out planning for the delivery of new services and establish or optimize service provider governance
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing your experience and new methods
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM
Solid understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
Analytical skills to structure complexity, clarify interrelationships, and design and explain solutions/concepts
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
